Como Faço Para Reportar Crashes?

Bom estava testando a estância ICC e tive um crash em meu worldserver.exe gostaria de saber onde posso reportar e quais os procedimentos corretos para reportar este crash!

A quest do dk "Death Comes From On High" aqui está com problemas, quando estou com o "Eye of Acherus" não vejo os mobs para matar para completar a quest, agora quanto estou apenas com o personagem sem o "Eye of Acherus" eu vejo os mobs.

O core está na última revisão.

Não tenho nenhum patch aplicado, utilizo apenas o TrinityCore limpo de qualquer alteração.

Database atualizada na ultiva revisão. Fiço todos os updates que tinha.
