Como se excecuta um arquivo C++ na Database?

Queria saber como se executa um arquivo C++.

Eu sempre executava arquivos em sql porq uso o SQLyog.

Alguem me da uma ajuda ai ?

Se queres aplicar um patch em C++ isso não se faz na database, mas sim usando git. Vê este link (EDIT: links removidos porque estavam desatualizados)
