Hunter traps arming time

Hello, first I would like to explain what I mean by ‘arming time’.

Arming time is a an attribute of any hunter’s trap - let’s say hunter uses Frost on enemy and the time between use and activation of trap = arming time. Arming time for frost trap should be 1 second (now it’s 2 seconds or 0 seconds [instant activation] while out of combat)

My problem is that I can’t find where TrinityCore stores those arming time values - I tried to search them but I haven’t found them.

I would greatly appreciate your help.
