Players with security level 0 can't use commands

I’ve edited some commands in the commands table but players can’t use them. Can someone tell me why they cant use them?

Propably because they dont have the Rights for that ^^ Try editing worldserver.conf and search for “RBACDefaultGroups”, edit to Level 1 and edit commands back to level 1
