Quest: Gambling Debt

Trying to Fix this quest. Have the First Half of the Event Working. Problem is your Supposed to get him to submit he resets, then you talk to him to get the quest Item. I have the fight and submit working but have no idea how to do the condition for the fight is “done”.

this may sound stupid, but i have just had an issue with sending an npc on path at spawn… all it done was stand there spinning around like it didnt know where to go…

fix, i put the simple on spawn go pathing script inside of a timed script #9.

so maybe try having everything in the timed scripts to see if it clears it… if it does, then rat may need to take a look at something, maybe somehow stop non timed scripts from looping.

i hope i explained it so you understand, its worth a try, especially if it simplifies things.

Perhaps a clever use of phases can do the trick (I didn’t do/researched this quest yet, I can’t say more than this)

[ul][li]You will aggro Harry by choosing the gossip option “Taruk sent me to collect what you owe.” He’s a fire mage.[/li]

i have focused this quest, too.

there is another gossip option when he’s giving up.

i called this gossip option “Payday!” which adds the item on select gossip option to player

i have a problem with the gossip option conditions and he isn’t reseting when player is running out of combat before 50% life.

The only solution is to put one aura for condition and in action for fight condition “done” is has aura.In action list change give item to cast one aura.The item will be get by select gossip and this will make more blizzlike,dont forget to remove aura after event gossip was triggered.I don’t know exactly if a player die or get disconnected will make the npc to enter in evade mode and reset,if this part (i am not sure) then need to change phase when a player trigger the event gossip select and out of combat in phase1 to do action evade for reset faction.

above post would suggest that on 50% hp (you can get that with SAI) simply make him unattackable etc and do whateveryou have to do

for the player running before 50%, maybe mob enters evasion mode or returns to home?
