Quest: Glyphic Letter

I was unsuccessful in finding something similar and with a quest this early in the run I have a feeling I screwed something up in the build process. I did follow the wiki to get the software downloaded, installed, the source downloaded, compiled and installed.

  1. I am running the Windows version (Win7 x64)

  2. I compiled (without issue) from Commit hash: 36963f244279b958d9808aa4e3a420328a53e9ef

  3. I am running MySQL 5.6.21

  4. No custom patches have been used.

  5. I am running Wow 64 Client version 6.0.3 19342

When I try to read the letter in the quest “Glyphic Quest” [Quest ID: 3104] nothing happens. It states to right click to read but nothing happens.

In the World Server window I receive:
