SAI REWARD_QUEST Problem

it seems SMART_EVENT_REWARD_QUEST does not work on the last build+TDB . I tried with currents and customs smart script, same results.
however SMART_EVENT_ACCEPTED_QUEST works normally, can anyone confirm?
