I can’t get this error to go away and I have tried everything that I can think of does anyone have a answer to this please and thank you

Well that is because you have to copy that file into the folder that worldserver.exe is in. Along with the other dll files of course. These files are located here
C:\Program Files\ZeroMQ 4.0.4\bin, C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6\lib, C:\OpenSSL-Win64
Make sure to read the tutorial properly to see what DLL files you will need from those directories.
