Where to find code that is responsible for:
755 periodic heal without -50% reduction http://prntscr.com/7kiwzt
586 periodic heal with -50% reduction​ http://prntscr.com/7kixdi

If I take remove all the items.
heal = 338
-50% = 169
Its work (-50% without equip items)

Not work (-50% with equip items).

I’d suggest making an issue on the official github repository (https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/issues)) using the proper issue tracker format (http://collab.kpsn.org/display/tc/The+Issuetracker+and+You)).

Afterwards, if you really want to put that $5-$10 dollar bounty on it I’d say you should post a bounty through bountysource (TC uses this on github).
