[SOLVED][Reqest] Paladin Pursuit of Justice talent

So on my server, the movement speed is adjusted to 1.25 instead of 1 via the worldserver.conf file. I have a pally and when i have 2 talent points into pursuit of justice, it is supposed to increase mounted and movement speed by 15%. It does increase my speed while walking, but it does not increase my mounted speed… any idea why? Or what file i need to edit to fix this? Using TC latest as of 8/20/12. Thank you in advance!
