I’m currently trying to clean up Old Hillsbrad Foothills instance.
What I’ve read from WoWWiki is that if you wipe during the escort you would continue on specified waypoint.
Is it possible to respawn creature and then continue from a specified waypoint?
Let’s say you have just killed the second boss there and Thrall continues movement on waypoint 61 (random number). You start escorting him and ops… You wipe to a trash group!
Thrall keeps running and running untill he despawns. Blizzlikely you would continue from waypoint 61 (again random number). But TrinityCore makes the whole escort reset.
So what I would want to do is to respawn creature if he goes too far away and then continue from the specified waypoint.
I’ve been reading escortAI through and so far I have not found anything helpful.
