Hotfix Database

In the DB Errors.log from my master branch core are many lines to fix. But some of them are not that easy to figure out for me.
On Hotfix info page it says that

The tables only contain additional/corrected/removed data for their corresponding DB2-File.

I try to find out how the process works on this 11 log lines Table hash 0x495495DF points to a loaded DB2 store NPCSounds.db2, fill related table instead of hotfix_blob the hotfix_blob Table looks like

When i open the NPCSounds.db2 it shows a line with ID=3168 SoundID0-2=284292 SoundId3=0.
As far as the ai helped me decypher the blob line it should be this line inside the hotfix_blob table.

When i connect the info from the hotfix page there should be no entries for this TableHash/RecordId combination at all. So i should remove them completely from the table, right?

But if the Line wasn’t in the said dbc/db2 file it should be in the hotfixes.npc_sounds table. Where hello, goodbye and pissed have 284292 and ack 0as value.
To use it i must add a line to hotfix_data table like:
Id and UniqueId seem to just get some higher value then the existing ones. Is there a case where they must differ from each other?
TableHash, RecordId and VerifiedBuild stay the same as in hotfix_blob table.
Status looks like the marker what to do with the entry. Adding or deleting it on the client side.

Are my assumptions right this far?
