Logging issues, can't login to char list

All settled, server is running fine, i can login from local ip and play the game.
But, when i login from external ips, i can only see the server list, it will loop when i click the server. never see the char list.

Probably world port (8085) is not properly opened in firewall / router (port forward) or wrong external ip/domain/configuration in realmlist table.
