[mount zone restriction] where i can found the zone restriction apply to subdued abyssal sea horse?

Hello!

I have a problem, the http://www.wowhead.com/item=54465 teaches you how to summon the subdued abyssal sea horse but then, you can use it at vashjir the game to say to you “you are not in the good area”.

I search a lot but have’nt found the table in the db where i can work on the area restriction for spell. /emoticons/default_unsure.png

My question is where i can find the spell restriction area?
