to be cart-able on mobs ?

if you cast on a mob it will say ((that target is not a player))

In Legion you can override attributes in SpellMisc.db2.

Trinity Core databases - open hotfixes - add attributes for spell (remove [COLOR=rgb(39,42,52)]0x00000100 - no add this attributes)

Restart server. And enjoy.

SpellMisc id you can select in Spell.db2. Last column, if i am not wrong.
